On behalf of all the children, staff and Governors I would like to warmly welcome you to our website. It is a great privilege for me to be the Headteacher of Captain Webb Primary and Nursery school, a school in which I am immensely proud.
At Captain Webb we provide our pupils with a friendly, supportive and safe learning environment. We promote a love of learning and ensure every individual reaches their full potential. We strive to enable all our children to reach their potential by providing them with a broad and balanced curriculum based, where possible, on real life experiences; that ignite imagination and a passion for learning. We view all children as individuals and our staff aim to find and develop their strengths in order to encourage and foster talents as we believe in success for all whether that be in sport, the arts or academically.
We view education as a joint venture, involving everyone: children, parents, staff, Governors and the wider community. We hope that we will be able to depend on your co-operation and support in this partnership; knowing that together we can provide the best for every child.
