Year 3 went on a very exciting visit with an experienced Mountain Guide to Snowdonia,
so that they could learn all about mountains.
They went to the incredible Ogwen Valley and used their map work skills to walk to Lynn Idwal, where they were at the foot of some of Britain’s most famous mountains… Y Garn, Tryfan and Glyder Fawr.
They then identified the main features of these famous mountains before enjoying a picnic in the valley.
