Year 3 Visit to Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre!

Our Visit to Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre

We had a fantastic visit to Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre to learn more about life in the Stone Age. We took part in a range of exciting, hands-on activities, including learning how Stone Age people made fires and creating our own cave art paintings. We also explored the museum, where we looked at displays showing what life was like in the Stone Age, including campfires and an impressive woolly mammoth skeleton. To finish our visit, we watched an interesting video all about discovering life in the Stone Age. It was a fun and informative experience that helped us develop our knowledge and understanding of how people lived thousands of years ago! We had so much fun!

Well done to all the children for their wonderful behaviour on the trip!
