The purpose of this trip was to find out more about the types of animals that lived in a rainforest and experience the animals and climate close up. Everyone had a fantastic day!

He came to school with lots of interesting artefacts, extensive knowledge about Ancient Egyptian life and secrets of his past. The children enjoyed making themselves into mummies! and learning how to write their name in hieroglyphics! A great day had by all!

This was linked to their topic theme ‘Battle of Britain’ Children enjoyed exploring the different hangers and then took part in a WWII workshop where they got to met airman BOB, experienced a real life Anderson Shelter and listened to the sounds of an air raid. It was a fun filled and informative day!
