A massive well done to the KS2 girls who competed in the T&W cricket tournament held at Arscott Cricket Club. They played through rain, wind and sun but no matter the weather they demonstrated fantastic, positive attitudes throughout. They had won 2, drew 1 and lost 1 until the weather finally put a stop to the competition.

On Monday, Captain Webb competed in the Telford Zonal chess competition at Windmill Primary School. They were bidding for a place in the final of the Shropshire Primary chess championship. After 5 closely fought rounds, Captain Webb emerged victorious and won the gold medal and the B team even managed 3^rd place. Well done to all the players and in particular the winning team of Harry B, Lukas Z, Lochlan O’D and Luful S. Let’s wish them luck for the final in a couple of months time.
