To celebrate the King's Coronation, we all dressed in red, white & blue for the day. At lunchtime, the hall & tables were decorated in bunting and the children had a special buffet lunch, served in a Union Jack box. During the day everyone participated in Royal themed activities, making crowns & flags and learning all about what would happen during the King's Coronation.
Reception & Nursery parents/carers were also invited in to a 'stay & play' session, where they joined their child in some fun activities and were served strawberries & cream!
Year 1 & 2 entertained us all with their amazing singing of 'Coronation Day'.
